DESCRIPTION:Soul Space Wellness Workshops welcome Ottawa’s frontline street health\, harm reduction\, community and social service workers for a monthly offering of a collective activity to promote wellness and to heal in community. Offerings will differ each month\, and may include creative activities\, guest speakers\, forest bathing\, yoga and movement\, mindfulness and more.\n\nThis Tuesday evening features  a guided forest therapy walk with Andrea Forest Therapy Ottawa!\n\nCost: Free – $10 (depending on workshop)
