DESCRIPTION:OTTAWA – Join us on Saturday December 14th as we take to the streets again\, demanding an end to the ongoing genocide in Gaza and Canada’s continued complicity. \nThe north of Gaza remains under a complete siege\, and so-called safe zones\, like Al Mawasi\, where Palestinians who have been displaced countless times in the last year live in tents\, continue to be targeted. Our people continue to be massacred by the Zionist entity\, whether it’s by bombs falling on their tents\, snipers aimed at infants\, the forced starvation\, the lack of access to medical care\, or the pounds of rubble that they’ve been buried under. \nWe know that\, no matter what is done to us here\, it is nothing compared to what those in Gaza are living through and giving up for our liberation. As the days grow colder\, Pique winter edition is heating up the Arts Court with innovative music and arts presentations on December 14\, 2024. The 15th edition of Ottawa’s signature underground art party brings together groundbreaking music\, visual\, and interdisciplinary artists for a building-wide festival at the Arts Court in downtown Ottawa. Experimental and underground music\, media art installation\, food and artisan vendors and more will be showcased across six stages and exhibition spaces. Admission is pay-what-you-can and all-ages.
