Elbit Out of Canada! Ottawa Teach In and Art Build

Elbit Systems is the largest arms producer in Israel. Come join us as we learn about Elbit’s role in genocide, where Ottawa fits into the larger global supply chain, and how our city can break up with Elbit. Let’s connect, let’s learn, let’s make art. Ottawa is complicit in this genocide and we will continue to hold arms manufacturers accountable.

We will have teach ins throughout the day and art materials available (with prompts if needed!) As we recognize care is a necessary act of survival, masks are mandatory and will be provided. To maintain the masked space, we will be asking all attendees to bring food/drinks outdoors to enjoy. We encourage you to bring your own water bottles.

Accessibility Information:
The venue has level ground outside the entrance (no steps), automatic entry doors, and the space inside is all on one level. There will be air purifiers running before the event and during, to ensure air purification. The doors to the bathroom are accessible and the inside of the washroom is fully accessible – along with a grip bar and room for mobility devices and wheelchairs.
