Fight for Landlord Licensing
REMINDER that ACORN’s BIG citywide Healthy Homes Meeting is right around the corner!
Landlords have had free reign for far too long. ACORN will be presenting and pushing our landlord licensing campaign – a tool to keep landlords accountable for their horrific neglect of our units.
We’ll be listening to ACORN members’ horror stories, answer trivia questions on shocking stats from our State of Repairs report, listening to guest speakers (Hardi Rath-Wilson, Tenant Lawyer; Ricardo Tranjan, Researcher & Author), and City councillors will be there to hear tenant concerns head on.
