Ottawa Queen’s Park On Notice Rally!

In October, Ontario MPPs will be returning to Queens Park. So our community coalition of food banks, tenant unions, housing advocates, disability rights activists, and legal clinics are coming together for a BIG rally to welcome MPPs back to work! Together, we are urging the Provincial Government to make their first priority:
1 – Raising the rates of ODSP and OW
2 – Freezing the rent
2 – Freezing the rent
In solidarity with our community coalition’s BIG rally on Oct 23rd at Queen’s Park in Toronto, Ottawa ACORN is organizing a solidarity action at the local office for the Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services!
