ACORN is officially launching our Safe Apartments Campaign.
Why? Because tenants are still living with disrepair, mould, leaks, holes in roofs, infestations, broken elevators — and the list goes on…
Join us to take action by targeting a neglectful corporate landlord, Q Residential, who continues to ignore serious issues like bedbugs, cockroaches, and long-overdue repairs in both 1244 and 1240 Donald St.
Enough is enough. Ottawa tenants need real enforcement from the City. Join us to kick off the campaign by delivering a demand letter and calling Q Residential’s Head Office. This will send a loud and clear message to City Council: THE TIME TO ACT IS NOW!
